Which one? iPhone 3G or 3GS?

Hi everyone, could someone please help me decide on which phone I should buy between the iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS?
Firstly, I know the differing features of both phones. But I don’t find a lot of things better about the 3GS than the 3G, other than the fact it can video-record and has a better camera-resolution.
But I heard before that you can install a video-recording application on a jailbroken 3G. But I’m wondering if this application is any descent in comparison to the video-recorder on the 3GS.
Secondly, I heard that there is a big difference in speed between the two phones when it comes to surfing the internet. Is this true? If so, is the difference that big?
The price for the phone contracts have quite a big difference so I wanted to ask for advice on what would be better; the iPhone 3G or 3GS?
So my questions summarised:
1. Is the video-recorder on the 3GS that much better than the video-recording app on a jailbroken 3G? – remember, there is a big difference in price.
2. Is the internet speed on the 3GS that much better than the 3G? – again remember the difference in price!
3. Any other BIG differences in the 3GS, which I should be mindful of,
that makes it so much more expensive? (disregard the capacity difference)
4. Your opinion: which is better considering the price difference? please explain why.

Idk the answers to your specific questions, but i definitely say it’s not worth it to get the 3Gs… just go with the 3G and you’ll like that the same.

The 3g has been a little buggy since the 3.0 update and in the long run the 3Gs resale value will probably cover the price difference if and when you get the next new iPhone.
