Iphone Speed Test

My internet speed seems fine, most pages loading normally, same with videos, but certain pages such as www.national-lottery.co.uk and certain other websites are not loading at all. With Itunes I enter my password and nothing happens, the download process for songs just doesn’t happen. Its not limited to just my computer. My Iphone which shares the the router also will not download anything (it just freezes on loading). Is this likely to be an isp problem or a router problem (my itunes works fine on other routers)

I used the iPhone 2G for a little over a year, and both the ringer, and in-call volume were unbearably low. I purchased the iPhone 3GS under 3 months ago, and I love it. Within the first 2 days that I had the phone, I did the “Speed test” as well as the “Volume test”, and of course, the 3GS proved superior in both trials. Over the 2-3 months that I’ve used the 3GS, I’ve noticed the volume dropping… The in-call volume is great, I hear many people complaining about that, but I’ve not had any problems with it. The ringer/speaker volume, however, has dropped severely; I tested it against my iPhone 2G just 10 minutes ago, and they appear the same. I have made sure my volume is all the way up, and it doesn’t make a difference; I would think that it should take more than 2-3 months for the speaker on such a device to begin “crapping out”.

I don’t know what causes it, it is not the headphones as I will take the headphones out while it is happening and the iPhone speakers will do the same thing. I just don’t understand why it goes from working completely fine to out of control. I if stop moving completely and set the iPhone down it will eventually return to normalcy.
